We have already entered the phase of digital transformation, which means that digital technologies are gradually replacing traditional working methods and paving the way for innovation and creativity. The use of digital tools has offered numerous opportunities across sectors. Despite the physical distance, communication and collaboration have become easier.

In order to fill the gap CSOs, in using ICT tools as a medium for organizing digital experiences, this guide:

• provides suggestions on how to organize activities digitally and make them effective and encourage active participation (eg meetings and trainings; webinars; information sessions; or similar);
• identifies some key platforms that are available, by describing their basic features;
• provides visual step-by-step instructions to master key functions on selected platforms;
• introduces additional digital tools suitable for the implementation of certain activities (eg, facilitating an activity of exchange of views or group work, gathering feedback, etc.)

 

On this occasion, Kosovo Civil Society Resource Centre has launched the Guide for Digital Transformation of CSOs. The guide that will help organizations in digital consolidation and digital promotion through digital stories can be found below:

Also, Kosovo Civil Society Resource Centre has held training with civil society organizations on the Digital Transformation of CSOs. During the training, organizations were informed about digital technology tools for synchronous events.
