CALL FOR APPLICATION FOR SCHOOL OF ACTIVISM IS OPEN

The Kosovar Civil Society Foundation (KCSF) and Community Building Mitrovica (CBM) invite all civil society organizations to apply to the second edition of the School of Activism to be offered within the Kosovo Resource Center for Civil Society.

School of activism (the School) is a space for professional education of CSOs and growth of activism which aims to develop skills, and increase the competence of smaller and grassroots CSOs, to increase their presence in the community in which they operate and in policy-making processes, following the principles of participatory advocacy and transparency.

Moreover, CSOs that successfully complete the School of Activism will have the opportunity to benefit from mentorship by experts in various fields, to further increase their professional development and support for the implementation of the strategy and long-term goals of the organization, such as participation in thematic/sectoral networks of CSOs which will be organized and supported by the Center.

All ongoing training, mentoring and support is provided free of charge to selected organizations. In addition, for participants coming from outside Prishtina, travel expenses will be reimbursed.

• Module 1: Internal governance and financial management for CSOs
• Module 2: Systems and processes for impact assessment and fundraising
• Module 3: Gender Mainstreaming
• Module 4: Participatory Advocacy
• Module 5: Community mobilization techniques
