Informative session: Good governance of CSOs – management, gender mainstreaming and budgeting in the project cycle

The Resource Center for Civil Society in Kosovo held an information session for members of civil society and citizens of Partes municipality on the topic of good governance of CSOs, project cycle management as well as gender mainstreaming and budgeting in the project cycle.

Lecturer Stefan Stojanović informed the participants about the important elements of process overview, stakeholder and risk analysis, definition of needs and objectives to be achieved. They also discussed the importance and ways of gender integration and budgeting throughout the project cycle.

In addition, participants were also informed about permanent services that The Center provides CSO capacity building through the Activism School, mentoring, grants for volunteering, legal services, information sessions, digitization, networking and many other issues.
