Mentoring as a process that develops and advances civil society organizations

Mentoring is a very specific service provided to Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) within the framework of the KCSF Civil Society Resource Center.

Dozens of organizations have benefited in recent years from the expertise of various mentors who have collaborated with NGOs in Kosovo, helping them to develop and advance properly organizationally and substantively.

Internal governance, financial management, community mobilization, impact assessment, fundraising, participatory advocacy and gender mainstreaming are some of the areas where the most support has been provided through mentoring.
