Through focused modules, participants develop skills in email communication management, website administration, social media strategies, SEO, and the use of open-source digital tools to improve performance and reduce costs.
The Resource Centre for Civil Society has also delivered training sessions for civil society organisations on Digital Transformation for CSOs. During the training, organisations were introduced to digital technology tools for synchronous events.
