Two-day training on developing logical frameworks, indicators and theory of change is held
03/08/2025The Civil Society Resource Center in Kosovo will organize the training “Development of Logical Frameworks, Indicators and Theory of Change”.
The main objective of this training is to develop key skills for planning, managing and evaluating projects for representatives of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs).
The training will focus on the use of strategic tools such as logical frameworks, annual and final indicators, problem analysis, theory of change, monitoring and evaluation, project management cycles, and fundraising. Through engagement during theoretical presentations and practical exercises, participants are expected to increase their knowledge in designing impactful, sustainable and adaptable projects, closely aligned with the mission of their organizations and the needs of the communities they serve.
When is the training held?
Dates: 20 and 21 August 2024 in Prishtina.
What will you learn in this training?
This training, among others, will focus on addressing issues related to:
Techniques for formulating and organizing objectives within a logical framework;
Techniques for implementing logical frameworks in project planning and management;
Using the problem tree for effective problem analysis and creating comprehensive theories of change;
Understanding the systematic process for establishing measurable annual and final indicators, at the project and program level, and linking them to the objectives and mission of the organization;
The importance of monitoring and reporting on indicators;
Theory of change and the project management cycle.
Who can apply and what are the application criteria?
Civil society organizations that are interested in learning about the impact of assessment and the use of monitoring data are eligible to apply.
Each CSO must propose 1 member to participate in the training based on their responsibilities within the organization.
Application criteria:
Be a Civil Society Organization (CSO), registered in Kosovo;
The CSO’s activity must also include work at the local level;
Have community activity and/or interest in involving citizens in the organization’s work.
