Two-day training on developing logical frameworks, indicators and theory of change is held

Around 20 civil society representatives participated in the two-day training on developing logical frameworks, indicators and theory of change, where many issues were addressed that will help participants in good project planning, management and evaluation.

The training focused on elaborating strategic tools such as: logical frameworks, annual and final indicators, problem analysis, theory of change, monitoring and evaluation, project management cycles, and fundraising. Also during these days, participants received the necessary explanations on designing impactful, sustainable and adaptable projects, in close accordance with the mission of their organizations and the needs of the communities they serve.

This training was organized by the Kosovo Civil Society Resource Center, a project co-financed by the European Union and Sweden and implemented by the Kosovo Civil Society Foundation (KCSF) and Community Building Mitrovica (CBM).
