The Resource Centre Help Desk, located in Pristina and Mitrovica, provides support to civil society organisations in various areas such as civic participation, volunteerism, media access and the legal environment for CSOs. This support includes a wide range of capacity-building activities, such as: -

Facilitating the CSO registration process
Clarifying organisational statutes
Support in creating Zoom links and managing events
Assistance with tax declarations
Guidance on fundraising efforts
